Hard to say: It could be many things such as a cyst or asymmetric breast tissue. If the ultrasound identified something benign to explain what you are feeling, then you can rest assured. If the us didn't show any explanation, you will need to follow-up with your doctor to discuss additional steps that can be taken to get to the bottom of the situation (i.e. Short interval re-examination or us).
