Vitamin C: Usually taking vitamin c helps with cold and flu symptoms. So, anything with oranges would help.

None, really.: A smoothie won't prevent you from getting sick, and has no real preventive benefit against infectious illnesses. Antioxidants in fruits in a smoothie are beneficial for health in general, but if you're on your way to getting sick right now, I'm afraid a smoothie will not help.
