Is this a pending stroke? i was pushing myself really hard on the stationary bike then all of sudden i saw a flickering spot in corner of right eye.

Stoke in 25 yr old: It would be unusual for a 25 yr old to have a stoke but it is possible. It is also possible that this could be a migraine equivalent or retinal issue. I suggest that you see an eye doctor to get an evaluation.
