Hidradenitis: Hi! i'm wondering if you may have a condition called hidradentitis in which the sweat glands become infected in the underarm and groin areas. This condition can be treated sometimes with topical antibiotics such as Cleocin (clindamycin phosphate) t. Laser can really improve the problem if antibiotics arent working. Dr brown.
