Endometriosis?: Any area of the body that is especially painful during menstruation could possibly be an area of endometriosis (bits of uterine tissue outside the uterus, which undergo changes during menstrual cycle & can occur anywhere) . A good exam by a Dr & probably some type of imaging of the area (ultrasound or possibly MRI) to evaluate it would be a good idea
