A member asked:

30 weeks pregnant with a lot of pressure on my vagina and ovaries is this normal sometime painful and hard for me to walk and get up and down.

Causes?: You should get checked to make sure your cervix is not dilated and is of the right length. You can feel much pelvic pressure at 30 weeks, especially if this is not your first pregnancy. You can also get pain from the cartilage joints in the pelvis. Although this hurts, it indicated no serious problem with pregnancy or delivery.
