Could be: Pressure around the vaginal area is common later in pregnancy, and is due to the growing uterus pushing down on your pelvic organs. However, if you feel a lot of pain, contractions, have any vaginal bleeding or loss of fluid, or can not feel the baby moving, you should see a doctor immediately.
