Needs antibiotics: Probably a urinary tract infection that will quickly respond to antibiotics. You could try drinking lots of water and hope that your body takes care of the infection on its own, but as i said, it probably will respond to a couple of doses of antibiotics. If that persists, could do more advanced tests for the kidney.
