BV: Bv, when persistent, can be very hard to deal with. You've obviously tried the usual remedies. We don't know exactly how to regain the natural balance of "good" bacteria in the vagina. This is what needs to happen. I wish i had a magic answer for you. Some women can be helped by very extended low dose usage of either Clindamycin or flagyl, but it's not perfect.

Change the diet: Try restricting sugars and carbohydrates to no more than 25% of your calories. Increase your proteins. This ill increase the strength of your immune response and lower the bacterial and yeast in and on you a bit.
