What type of probiotic should i take to prevent bv?

Probiotics for BV: Oral probiotics will not help prevent BV because there is no way for them to travel from you intestinal tract to your genital tract. I suggest that you let your own vaginal micro-organisms establish their natural equilibrium, i.e no douching. One with these!: The qualities of a good probiotic are the number of good bacteria per capsule and the number of species of good bacteria! 10 billion with ten strains is what to try for!
