Husband has bad allergies. congested, runny nose. claritin doesn't help, zyrtec makes him dizzy, benadryl (diphenhydramine) makes him hungover. what else will help?

Seasonal allergies: Treatment of allergic rhinitis will be based on the severity of the symptoms. Intra nasal steroids ( like Flonase or nasonex) would be considered in the treatment. You can also try allegra. In severe cases we might start oral steroids.
