What can i do about my daughter's (4 y/o) constant nose scratching/digging due to allergies? is it good to give her benadryl/claritin etc everyday?

Preschooler allergy: Your second question first - no it's not good to give Benadryl (diphenhydramine) multiple times a day, which would be needed to control allergies. Claritin is ok with the guidance of pediatrician or allergist. But it sounds like these are not controlling symptoms. There are other medications, both oral, and most appropriately for her condition, nasal steroid mist. Take time to see allergist and work up a plan!
