The whitest: Most of the red color in red meats comes from hemoglobin, which is the iron-containing chemical in blood. So red meats are highest, while white meats and fish would have lowest iron concentration. However, if you have excess iron (which can be pretty dangerous), why not become a regular blood donor? That way you can help save lives while helping yourself to stay healthy! a real win-win!

Poulty/fish: If you have high iron stores, the best thing for this is blood letting or better known as blood donation! red meat has the most amount of iron as well as liver. Eat more poultry and fish since they are low in iron and healthier for your cholesterol.
