Checkup: These issues require an examination and medical evaluation: it sounds like you have an irritation of the lining of your stomach ( gastritis ) and intestinal tract ( enteritis ). You should be exmained. You can use ober the counter medicine like Pepcid (famotidine) ac-1 tablet 1-2 timesdaily for acid burning and gaseousness; however, many other causes like infection, can cause these symtoms. Get checked!
