Need more info: If sudden, consider milk intolerance, ulcers, pregnancy (if applicable), appendix or urine infection, viral infection, gallstones, - list can be long without more info. Happy to consult but seek local MD esp if worse, more than 3 days, or with red flags e.g. of blood, vomit, weight loss, anemia, fever.

You may be: an "air swallower"...that is you swallow air without being aware of it..(this may be associated with snoring at night, or during the day drinking liquids with meals /eating too fast atc etc. Eating foods which produce gas..eg baked beans or drinking carbonated beverages will not "help" this situation! Hope these "tips" help DR Z
