Evaluate further: Lumps under the chin can be due to many things. Depending on where it is exactly, it may be an enlarged salivary gland or lymph node or other etiologies. These can enlarge due to inflammation or an obstructed duct to the gland, but tumors also occur. You should definitely have this evaluated further by your physician or a specialist.
