Go: If no pain you could have a blood clot. I would recommend going to the emergency room.

Calf Pain: Any pain in one calf could signal a blood clot in the calf. However, in all probability, you are experiencing muscle strain. Just to be sure, let your doctor take a look as blood clots in the leg can lead to lung a lung embolus.
