Sprain and Strain: Most likely you have sprained your knee joint and strained your lower leg muscles. Try to do daily stretching of your lower legs, some massaging on the muscles, anti-inflammatory medication for 3-5 days, and most of all avoid sitting with twisted joints like you did before. Good body mechanics, posturing and stretching can be of great benefit to your body.
