Perhaps: Well, i'm sorry your new relationship has to be complicated by this sort of problem. I would think that the lining of uterus needs some "hormonal balancing" and taking megase for awhile could be, at least in part, part of the issue. Of course, there's likely still the reason you started taking the megase in the first place. I would talk to the prescriber.
