Depression: Depression tends to fluctuate during pregnancy. Sometimes medication adjustment is required. If 30 mg of Celexa has helped, continue with that unless not contraindicated. Celexa and like drugs in the same class, except for paxil, (paroxetine) appear to be safe in pregnant women ; are quite effective.
