17wks pregnant on citalopram all of sudden felt low and anxiety started upped my dose to 30mg 5 days ago and starting to feel better. is it the meds?

Depression: Depression tends to fluctuate during pregnancy. Sometimes medication adjustment is required. If 30 mg of Celexa has helped, continue with that unless not contraindicated. Celexa and like drugs in the same class, except for paxil, (paroxetine) appear to be safe in pregnant women ; are quite effective.
