Not necessarily: A low level ANA may not cause any disease and it would help to know the titer/level of antibody and the type of ANA you have. It is good that hemoglobin has increased but that may not have been related to ana. All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that.
