Evaluation: By interventional pain specialist. History taken and physical examination by a specialist is 85% of the cervical pain diagnosis. To support the diagnosis imaging (ct, mri) or nerve conductivity test are commonly used.

Diagnose plexus inj: To diagnose a plexus injury you would also want to have biceps weakness, biceps reflex suppression, normal triceps strength and reflex, and a needle EMG showing denervation of the biceps, supinator, and deltoid, but not the triceps, FCU or ADM etc.
