4 yr son. just looked up his nose n seen two large masses. one in each nostril. not bugers. they are pink flesh colored. never seen b4. no snoring.?

Nasal turbinates : The nasal turbinates are on the lateral side of the nose on each side of the nasal cartilage. The inferior one may be large enough to be visualized. Typically pink ; it often times becomes a swollen red or a dusky blue. Ensure that there are no accidental foreign bodies in the nasal opening!

Probably normal: sounds like normal inferior turbinates. Check with your pediatrician to be sure.
