Hernia jacuzzi: Hernias are holes in the abdominal wall. Bigger ones are less likely to have episodes of incarceration and strangulation than smaller ones. Also, every cough and sneeze is the same pressure on the hernia as pench pressing in the gym. If the hernia currently doesn't hurt, and you are having no change in your bowel habits, enjoy the jacuzzi. And any other activities that help you relax.

No, but: Shouldn't hurt anything, unless there are skin ulcerations over the bulge.
