Calories: Your baby will do fine. It knows how to get what it needs from you. However you need some calories to maintain your own health and strength. Most women I have seen get "miserable" at the end. It's hard! because the baby is crowding your stomach you can only eat a little at a time. Try small amounts of nuts/fruits throughout the day. Blend up some good vegetable and cream smoothies to drink.
