it yust to take 7 days to get microbiology lab results. now it takes only 2 days waiting for it. why is that so?

Depends: It is important to know what microbiology results you are talking about. Bugs take their time to grow and they like sometimes to take it slow. However, knew molecular tests are available and results can be reported faster.
