Is there a home device to monitor blood when on blood thinners? friends are on cumadin and need to monitor. some labs take too long to get results.

No...but: There is a new drug called xarelto which is a new type of blood thinner (a factor xa inhibitor). It doesn't require blood monitoring if kidney and liver function is normal. Ask your doctor.
