Keep good habits.: Try as best as you can to maintain your normal daily healthy habits. Stick to your usual nutritional plan, and don't splurge too much on unhealthy foods. Keep up with your normal exercise routine - try to stay at a place that has an exercise room - some hotels may even offer discounts to daily memberships to local gyms. Try to stay on your usual sleep schedule, too, as best you can.
