NO: It is not healthy to smoke anytime. I am not a believer in the physical advantages of fasting, and none have been medically proven. Our bodies do not need "detoxification, " and we do not accumulate poisons that you can get our through fasting, enemas or any other techniques. Fasting may have spiritual benefits, but also have potential bad effects with dehydration, metabolic problems, low vitamin.
