Education/technique: General aspects of weightlifting: performing exercise with good technique is far more important than how much weight you can lift. Start out first with higher repetitions of lightweight to improve tone. This is then followed by heavy sets with small reps for strength improvement, muscle recruitment and muscle hypertrophy. Warm up and cool down together with stretching before and after lifting.
