Yea: The onset of epilepsy is in childhood and the elderly, for different reasons, in a bimodal peak. Adults, of course, can have new onset epilepsy for other reasons.

Any age: Although onset of epilepsy is more common in children and adults over 60, there's no age at which it's distinctly uncommon to start having seizures.
