Low blood sugar: The average for blood sugar (glucose) is 80 on the low end to 120 on the high end. The only way to know your number is to check it in a clinic or with a handheld glucometer. The one problem with a random blood sugar is that your blood sugar will fluctuate throughout the day, lower before meals, higher after meals, etc. One test that can help avoid this is called HcA1C which gives an "average".

Not to be trite, but: Check your blood sugar. Am I missing something here? Talk with your doctor. If you're diabetic, chances are very good you have a blood glucose meter. So check your blood sugar!
