See your dentist: There are many and various tooth problems which could match hot nerve tooth pain (nerve infection, gum infection, etc.). I can appreciate your concerned about your dental health, but finding a proper diagnosis and treatment may be the answer to your worries. Many options are available, not only extraction. Rec.: see your dentist for examination, x-rays and treatment.
