Normal TSH: Hi. Your doctor will adjust your levothyroxine dose to achieve normal thyroid function based on your TSH (assuming your hypothyroidism is due to thyroid disease and not pituitary disease). The dose can be adjusted based on labs about every 6 weeks until the desired TSH is achieved. Thake your thyroid pill everyday. If you forget one day, take 2 the next day - that's fine. Good luck!
