A member asked:

How to loose weight as i am a thyroid patient?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends upon: What kind of thyroid problem you have. Since you're on thyroid replacement, i can assume you have an underactive thyroid. The replacement needs to be adjusted until your levels are normal. Then losing weight is like anyone else, eat less than you burn up. It's 3500 calories to the pound. Good luck.
