If overweight, losing weight by itself can keep diabetes at bay for years. Sleep quality and stress adjustments are also of paramount importance. Good blood glucose control early will prevent severe complications.

Dosage and Time Rx: Glucophage (metformin) should be taken 12 hours apart on full stomach. i.e., with breakfast and dinner. You may need more Glucophage (metformin) possibly.
