See below: to increase your calf strength you can work on stairs and toe lifts for quickness you should work on quick feet exercises like kareokes and other agility skills not sure what youre training for but don't overdo your calf at the expense of your quads or hamstrings Also if you build up your calf too much you might lose some quickness?
