How to control my sweet tooth?

Sweet tooth..: Who doesn't like sweet things? :) it just tastes so good. But it does have it cons. Here're some tips: waiting too long between meals can create cravings, so eat regularly. Combine foods with healthy choice combinations. Reach for fruit as often as you can. If all else fails, you can still give in a little - try to eat only a tiny bit of what you're craving.

Break the cicle: The way to try to break out of the circle is to replace sweets and sugar with fruits. Make sure to you eat a high quality protein, particularly at lunchtime as this helps to satisfy your appetite better during the afternoon when sugar cravings strike. The less sweets you eat, the less you'll crave them. Go for the quality not quantity. Good luck.
