A member asked:

Would you recommend pure stevioside, and/or to one with a sweet tooth? (or advice for "pulling" the sweet tooth... if no to the above)

Bite away: Stevia and stevioside are safe when used as a sweetener. It is suited for both diabetics, and pku patients, as well as for obese persons intending to lose weight by avoiding sugar supplements in the diet. No allergic reactions to it seem to exist.

No to pull: Learn control there is nothing really known as a sweet tooth. It's a a made up tail of someone who just likes to eat sweet . Steviiside is just a natural sweetener . Just doesn't have the same type of sweetener chemicals as fabricated sweeteners. Control control.
