That's great: It's great that you want to take good care of your teeth. If you eat a lot of sweets & have sensitive teeth, you may have cavities. Step one would be to see your dentist for a thorough exam & x-rays to start off on the right track and make sure all your teeth & gums are healthy. I love sweets too but have to limit the amount & type, along with proper brushing & flossing to maintain a healthy mouth.

Best to be seen by: A dentist as soon as possible. In the interim reduce sugar / acidic intake - liquids, foods and candies.... Get some sensodyne or colgate sensitive relief toothpaste to help with the sensitivity. Hope this helps.
