Slow down: More likely than not you are having sinus tachycardia (normal increase in heart rate with activity) particularly if when you stop, hr comes down gradually. However, you still may need to be checked for other arrhythmias as svt (supraventricular tachycardia) chances are you are pushing yourself too hard.
