What to do if i have head pressure, nausea, weird vision?

Seek attention quick: The constellation of your symptoms could be the sign of an acute angle closure attack. A condition in the eye where the eye pressure suddenly rises due to inability of internal eye fluid to get out through it's natural drainage system. This needs to be ruled out quickly because it can potentially cause permanent loss of vision. It could also be something else but this needs attention. Good luck!
