if your CT scan: Is normal and you did not have any recent trauma, which could cause an intracranial bleed, then what you describe could be migraine.

Hello, a month ago I started having issues with nausea to point of vomiting. Now for 4 days now I've been having this pressure behind my head on the left side. It comes and goes, there's no pain. As though I had on a tight head band. Any suggestions?
