It must've been BIG: A big enough sneeze will increase the pressure inside the head to the point of causing all of the symptoms you mentioned including one you didn't mention which is fainting. The mechanism for these symptoms involves massively irritating the Vagus nerve in the brainstem which controls heart rate, blood pressure, & sweating. The result of this irritation is a discharge throughout the body.

Vertigo?: Did you have it just briefly after the sneeze, or do you still have it? It is not necessarily serious. You could take an antihistamine. That may help. If it is significant or persistent, you can see your doctor for evaluation and treatment.
