Won't effect vaccine: but I wonder about a 41 year old still playing with 'rave' drugs. These drugs are dangerous for ANYBODY, in particular MDMA because of the "molly" varieties which are either cut with or contaminated by even more toxic amphetamine-like substances, but they are even more dangerous as you get older, in terms of cardiovascular risks of use, including heart attack, stroke, seizures and hyperthermia.
