MDMA: The most obvious answer to your question is to stop using drugs like mdma, period. That way your system will be clean and you will pass. Urine drug tests for mdma can remain positive for 2-5 days after use; blood is positive for about 12 hours. Hair tests can remain positive for 90 days.
