Do not use MDMA: One cannot use illegal drugs such as mdma while on fluoxetine because illegal drugs are unhealthy, harmful, and may react with prescription drugs; not to mention the fact that they are illegal. Both mdma and fluoxetine alter brain chemistry and brain function.
