Yes: Cymbalta (duloxetine) and Wellbutrin are potent anti-depressants. They are not usually prescribed together unless it is a severe case of depression. Anti-depressants can work or fail solo or in combination. There is no wrong answer, the only way to know if they will work is to try them.
