Gross i know but when i got like 3 marbles out.. a turd came out and it was reddish and it smelled really bad i had pizza.. could it be the salsa, what to do?

See Dr. if red flags: sound like hard stools and constipation (look up Bristol stool chart on web), and red could be blood from fissure/strain/hemorrhoids, but unclear from description alone. Seek medical attention if not resolved, esp if with red flags of other symptoms such as weakness, fever, weight loss, pain, cramps, or actual confirmation of ongoing bleed.
