Sorry: Not really enough information in the question to give you and answer other than call your dentist. Like when was the bonding done? What part of the mouth? Was it a restoration bonded to the tooth or bonding material added to a tooth for cosmetic reasons? Particular for back teeth it is easy to miss identify which of your own teeth is the actual one causing the problem.

Simple: Call your dentist and have him\her take a look. It might be a high filling, the result of a very deep cavity, or something else. The dentist can determine what, if any treatment is necessary, or if it just means waiting it out a little longer for the inflamed nerve to calm down.
